Patrick and Isaac were a huge help. My toilet was flushing properly and over flowing. Patrick installed my new toilet and Isaac helped unclog my main line. I can use my toilet and shower again! Thanks for the help.
I contacted Rapid-Rooter after reading reviews that echoed my own experience. My well water pump was not working, leaving me without any water. Despite it being a Saturday, they were able to send someone out the same day. Jim was fantastic - he patiently explained what was going on and what needed to be done. It took a couple of visits, but his communication and service were top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again or recommend them to others.
