Today, my Generac generator was serviced by Travis from Rack Electric. Travis is from their Gas Division and is highly personable, knowledgeable and qualified to perform repairs pertaining to gas leaks. I also want to thank Justine in the Gas Division for her prompt handling of my request. They are both assets to Rack Electric.
