What started to be a disaster in the making- Polair fixed the problem hopefully!! We had all techs here at some point over the past month with condenser issues, clogged drainage, cleaning coils and a cleaning of the entire A/C -the owner Robert was kind and courteous and very helpful. The last tech handled diagnostic and etc and we are crossing our fingers all is great. Polair went above and beyond to assist in making this process easier for me-the client

John Cherry along with his helper Danny did a fantastic job on servicving my 3 AC units. I trust their abilities and each worked diligently the entire time they were here. They answered clearly the questions I had re the units and settings and I could not be more pleased to have Polair Service.

Keystone was excellent in every way. He knew what he was doing, which isn’t always the case. He was efficient, very personable, and I would like him to be the regular tech for my account.
