I came to see Grace at site 23 for a haircut. She was referring to me from a friend. I had bad haircut experiences at other salons before, so I was hesitant and afraid to have another bad haircut. I am so happy that I came, Grace gave me a fabulous haircut! I had long hair down to my waistline, wanted a totally different hairstyle. I showed the pictures of some short hairstyles that I found online to Grace, discussed with her. She gave me pros and cons of each style, then I decided the one I want. She totally delivered!!! I never write reviews on here, but I feel obligated to after working with the best hair stylist I've ever had! Renata Andrievski worked MAGIC on my hair!!! She gave me the exact color I wanted without damaging my hair whatsoever! All these years trying salon after salon they never made me leave feeling like I got my money's worth. I feel so lucky to have gone to her & will definitely be back! I wouldn't recommend anyone like I would recommend Renata!

The establishment it self is nice and clean, however, I had a bad experience with the stylist Denise Andrade in suite 14. I came to her on Saturday looking for a warmer color tone, not wanting to be so blonde. I had been growing out my natural hair color for 8 months to be able to transition into a more natural light brown with slight highlights. I presented her with a picture I had found on Pinterest and stated I wanted something warmer. She told me that it would only be possible to achieve the color I wanted through color dye and she recommended not to do so.
