Let me start by saying I have a huge fear of Doctors offices. But this place was by far the best place over ever been. The practitioner I saw was Ms. Lupe Torres and let me say I've never felt to comfortable and heard ! Her medical assistant Chase Cueco was also very kind and gentle. My new Go-To OBGYN Specialist!!!!

With a lot of intentional Google research, I found this practice after moving from Miami Beach (2023). I originally booked my 1st appt with DR Luisa and I ended up having the appt with APRN Heather. She is amazing!!! Down to earth, intelligent, pleasant, informative and very gentle and comforting! There was a very warm and nurturing nurse also who comforted me during a procedure & she held my hand.

I’ve been to this office three times and I’ll say all the staff that I’ve encountered with on the phone and in person are knowledgeable and can answer most questions.

Heather is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....she takes the time to talk and explain things to her patients. I never feel like she is just trying to see me and rush me out of the room to get to the next patient. She is very on time for appointments as well. Never had a long wait. Getting appointments is also very easy and they are very timely in responding back.
