I would recommend Level5 for any business in need of IT services. I have referred Level5 to other companies and I always hear positive feedback. The firm I work for has been utilizing their services for about two years now and their services greatly surpass the services of the former IT firms we have worked with in the past. Level5 offers a wide range of services to include IT support, onsite technical support as well as VOIP services. We are currently stuck in our VOIP contract, but our company plans to switch to Level5 as soon as we are able. Level5 is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
