Over the last 30 years, I have been to many places to support my thinning hair. Elline and Le Metric are by far the best. The care and dedication of the team is extraordinary. The quality of hair, attention to detail, and experienced hairdressers, make this difficult thing to deal with so much better. I have complete faith and trust in Elline and, at this point, would not go to anyone else.

I have been battling hair thinning for a few years now, and thought of having to wear a wig, made me sick to my stomach, even though it's the style today. After having one bad experience and almost giving up, I found LeMetric. I emailed Elline, and she quickly responded to my email. She was friendly, and understood exactly how I was feeling. I booked my consultation and felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. Her staff were amazingly professional, welcoming, and super friendly. I was so comfortable, that I removed my cap, and the load I have been carrying. I was taken into a room where we privately discussed my concerns and spoke about what I wanted, and Elline and gave me her expert advice, which I wholeheartedly welcomed. Measurements were taken, and I was given an appointment to return to have my new piece sewn on by Martha, who did an awesome job, as we comfortably carried on a conversation. When Martha was done, Tanya who was just as welcoming as Martha, cut and styled my hair to perfection. She continued to ask me if I was comfortable, if the dryer felt too hot, if I like my part were it was and all sorts of other questions to address any concerns I may have had. Overall it was an amazing experience, and the best part is knowing that you can come here and find the empathy and understanding that a person with Alopecia or any kind of hair loss is seeking. I definitely recommend, they not only address the hair loss, but the empathy is priceless! The team Rocks!

I'm a 26 professional who was experiencing hair thinning mostly on the top of my head. While I had found ways to manage this (parting my hair differently, using colored hair spray on my scalp, etc.), I was still very insecure about my hair. I was constantly anxious that others would notice my scalp, going to the bathroom at work to check if there were any visible bald spots before meetings, and worrying about what my hair would look like as the thinning got worse. I learned about LeMetric after doing a quick Google search for natural hair salons. I initially did this on a whim and in a moment of desperation, worried that a full hair piece was all they offered and that this would be too extreme of a measure. I was worried that everyone in my life would notice I had done something to my hair, and it wouldn't look any better. But I saw the great reviews and scheduled an appointment with Elline. Elline immediately understood my concerns, was knowledgable, and did not try to push anything on me that I was uncomfortable with. I ended up getting a small hair piece that I clip onto the top of my head every morning (leaving my natural hair showing in the front and underneath). It looks PERFECT. The only thing my friends and family have noticed is that my hair looks healthier and thicker. I can not begin to convey how helpful this has been in giving me my confidence back in my life, both personally and professionally. I now feel more confident at work, happier going out with friends, and don't constantly worry about my scalp showing. Overall I feel beautiful and, more importantly, happy. I could not recommend Le Metric more, not only for those who want full hair pieces, but those like myself - young professionals experiencing hair thinning and don't want to waste time and money on expensive pills and procedures (that don't even work!) or extensions that don't fix the thinning on the top of the head. I initially didn't think LeMetric was going to be the kind of place for my situation, but it far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone who's feeling insecure about their hair thinning.
