I have been a customer of IMP for many years and would not trust anyone else. They are always understanding of any problem I may have and are there usually the same day. I have a monthly program but if I ever have a problem they are there to handle it. I can't say enough for the professionalism and personal touch they provide. I was so upset when I found out my family's beautiful wood desk had termites. I called another company that told me the most they could do is spray some killer on the desk. Tried it and the termites came back. IPM took my desk to a fumigation chamber and I haven't seen a termite since! Mr. Guzy was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me.
