    I went to doctor Gelb for a meniscus injury and was very happy with the efficiency of his office staff. I arrived at my appointment time and was seen right away. My second visit went just as well and was amazed that the doctor was able to schedule me for surgery the next week!! My surgery went well and I am on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Gelb and his team!!

    My wife had right knee surgery performed by Dr. Gelb on May 2nd of this year. The surgical procedure performed was completely successful. Her Post-Op Physical Therapy Sessions concluded yesterday, and she had her final Post-Op Meeting with Dr. Gelb. Everyone in the P.T. Department was VERY professional, friendly and dedicated, as was the Office Staff. We would highly recommend Dr. Gelb, and his P.T. Department, to anyone who is considering Orthopaedic Surgery.

    I play tennis 3-4 time per week. I am 70 years old. I serve, run, and move pain free. Dr. Gelb performed my full knee replacement in January of 2019 and full shoulder replacement in June 2019 (my serving arm). Again, I am playing tennis 3-4 times per week. Need I say more?!

Dr. Howard Gelb has been in practice in Florida for 26 years. He graduated from Cornell University in New York and then completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and then did a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Cincinnati Sports medicine and orthopedic center. He has a wealth of experience treating all types of athletes (childhood, high school, collegiate, professional and weekend warriors). In addition of being board certified in Orthopedic surgery, Dr. Gelb holds a subspecialty certificate in orthopedic sports medicine. Dr. Gelb's primary objective is getting people back to doing their preferred activities
