We had Happy House construct a Pergola in our back yard, connected to our house. The project was completed almost a year ago, albeit delayed quite a bit due to the pandemic. However, when the materials did arrive, Happy House went about the construction in a very professional way.The workers turned up when they said they would and went about the job in an efficient way. The "Supervisor" of the workers was very cooperative and opento incorporate our last minute suggestions, for a better final product.Two weeks ago, we found some water dripping from where the Pergola connects to the house wall. UPDATE: their crew did came out after after 6 months of back and forth. But the two guys that came were very profesional, did an amazing job and I’m beyond happy with their work over all. I give them 4 stars because I’m willing share part of the blame, for not inspecting while the work was in progress.I hired them to do a 40’ by 13’ pergola, and a 40’ by 3’ pad to extend an existing 40’ by 10’ pad. The contract stipulated that I needed to pay 50% deposit upfront, 40% upon delivery of materials, and 10% when the project was completed.
