It's always a pleasure shopping at Grove opticians! From the moment you are in the door to the moment, you leave, you are feeling, satisfied, taken care of... and above all heard! A special thank you to Julie, for her patience, her knowledge of products, and overall customer service was absolutely outstanding! I have about five pairs from Grove opticians and I get constant compliments on them; colors ranging from my gold Gucci's to my black Celine's! I have bought glasses from Grove, and have always been satisfied. I even had to return a pair, and there was no problem. They have a great selection of more quality sophisticated, and unusual glasses, which I love!! It's a shame that I haven't been there during covid, but am planning to go back very soon. Everyone has been very accommodating, professional and pleasant. I know that when you the customer is pleasant, the salesperson will be too. I treat everyone with respect.

A friend who has lived in the area for a long time referred me here to get new glasses. Wow, they are fantastic! I had frames but just needed new lenses and they did an incredible job on a complicated prescription. I also had a pair of reading glasses made. They have a beautiful selection of frames and were even having a sale. The customer service was great and I will definitely be going back there again. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Yes, they are more expensive then a mall store but like most things in life you get what you pay for. Thank you Grove Opticians!!
