Very unprofessional and inattentive property managers. Shady business practices and questionable morale from Barbara. Would not recommend and it’s shameful that she is still working in the field of real estate with such unprofessional behaviors.

I was a renter within a property this company was managing. At one point, the water heater broke right before thanksgiving and it took almost 2 weeks to have someone come out and replace it before I could live in my apartment again. And understandably it was bad timing but on the day the new water heater was suppose to installed, Barbara who I was in main contact with, have me the date they were suppose to come but she never notified the main office to coordinate this installation which then lead to 2 more days of waiting because she did not handle the situation correctly.
