Very unprofessional and inattentive property managers. Shady business practices and questionable morale from Barbara. Would not recommend and it’s shameful that she is still working in the field of real estate with such unprofessional behaviors.

I was a renter within a property this company was managing. At one point, the water heater broke right before thanksgiving and it took almost 2 weeks to have someone come out and replace it before I could live in my apartment again. And understandably it was bad timing but on the day the new water heater was suppose to installed, Barbara who I was in main contact with, have me the date they were suppose to come but she never notified the main office to coordinate this installation which then lead to 2 more days of waiting because she did not handle the situation correctly. Then a few months before my lease was ended I contacted Barbara to see if the property owner planned to continue the lease and we settled about a rent price . A month before the lease term was up I received an email from Barbara with the new lease which was not the terms we agreed upon but higher and was told I could accept this new rental price and would have to pay for any repairs under $300. I had about a week to decide what I was going to do and where I was going to live. I decided to move out, and upon moving out extra charges which she did not notify me of were withheld from my deposit and received the check exactly 30 days after I moved out. And to top it off, there were blackout curtains in the bedroom which one of the strings broke, when I tried to have contractors come out and see if it could be repaired, with her knowledge, she would never reply and this was just was I was getting ready to move out. I was charged for a new blackout blinds set and deducted it from my deposit. In my opinion she was unorganized, unapologetic, and really did not know how to handle her responsibilities as a professional. I honestly moved out mainly because I didn’t not want to deal with property management. Would not recommend, bad people.
