Having not much knowledge of the type of wooden floors i wanted...just that i wanted a particular color. The person who assited me by the name of Dorlon was very helpful. His experience and knowledge helped me to gain a better understanding of the various flooring and which would better suit me for my home. When i was finished i was very pleased with my purchase. I came here a few months back and the associate that assist me I believe his name was "Pele" he was so professional and extremely knowledge about the flooring. I was amazed! It's rare when you get outstanding customer service from people these days. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
