Family Medicine of Boca Raton

I made an appointment a week in advance and when I went to the clinic I found the door locked. I called and sent several messages and they did not respond. The next day they didn't even bother to call me and justify or even apologize. Professionalism is ZERO grade.

Since the new doctor and staff took over they never answer the phone and the line is constantly busy. However the PA is very nice.

It's impossible to get someone on the phone, the line is always busy, doesn't matter when and what time you call, the website is down... there's is no way to contact this people. I need a prescription refilled and cant get hold of them. This is going on for months now.
