I was able to make a same day appointment, a couple hours prior. I had read the reviews and chose Ingrid because the reviews consistently said she was good and that she was gentle. I’m glad I did. She was fantastic. I felt very comfortable and she was gentle and friendly. I had minimal pain throughout the entire appointment. I was brought back on time and the room was clean. Upon checking out, the girls at the reception were super nice, friendly and engaging. I really enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend Ingrid and this location.
This is my go to wax place! I've been going since I moved down 2 years ago and they are fantastic. Customer service is great and they are always very accommodating with my schedule. My wax specialist is Ingrid and she has helped me improve my hair and skin health so much.
Gladys was great I booked the last appointment of the day and she didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was annoying for a second. She was super thorough and did an amazing job! The receptionist was so sweet and super informative!
