I have just started using this practice and I’ve been to them now for several crown repairs, cavities, and my routine dental cleaning. Dr Montemale Is outstanding, she is very kind, considerate, and an outstanding specialist! The entire Dental team is very welcoming, courteous, efficient, and the dental assistants Kim and Oscar are wonderful! This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to!
I have been going to Dr. Costabile’s practice for seven years now and I’ve always been greeted politely by staff and doctors. They have done excellent dental work, and I highly recommend this practice.
The new office staff is a disgrace to deal with. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years, someone named “ITALY” informed me that I’d be charged a $50 fee for cancelling my appointment on the same day, I explained to her that it’s basically a hurricane outside right now and she still was not hearing it. Out of all the years I’ve been coming here, I have not been one to cancel my appointments last minute or anything of the sort, this would be my first time having to cancel. She referred to me as “miss 5 o clock” instead of my proper name.
