DAG came out to my house within an hour of my call and even an hour earlier than projected. The techs quickly got to the root of my problem, made the repair, and left the better than they found it. They were courteous, professional, and clearly explained what went wrong. They clearly were knowledgeable and had the situation under control. Had them replace the insides (fill valve, drain valve, flush handle) and seats of a couple of toilets, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The plumber arrived within the promised time window (two days after I made the appointment), and knew exactly what to do. I had already purchased the parts from a distributor, after identifying the correct ones by calling the factory. But the manufacturer ships "universal" replacement kits, with extra parts because the kit has to fit any of several models. The plumber knew just what was needed, and what wasn't. Both toilets now work perfectly, and no longer leak. The extra parts would have driven me crazy... read full review
