“We purchased a condo that was built in the 1980's, and it definitely looked it. The floor plan was closed, dark, and a little depressing. Maor and his team understood that we needed to open up the floorplan, brighten everything, and bring the condo into the 2020's.

They delivered a proposal within 24 hours, gave us a time frame of 6 weeks. As soon as we pulled the trigger, the ML Builders team went to work immediately. Anyone who has built a home or done any significant remodeling, cost and time overruns are the norm. Not in this project. They completed the project on budget and slightly faster than they had projected, despite there being challenges with material fulfillment.

We have worked with so many builders and remodeling companies and we have always been disappointed. ML Builders are the 1%. They have restored our faith in people and those who work in the construction industry. They will tell you what they can do, how much it's going to cost, and then deliver on their promises.
