I live in Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton Florida & Caldwell Roofing is the 'go to' roofing company that has installed over 150 roofs here. I am an Officer of the HOA in Woodfield and I constantly see applications from residents using their services. I recently bought a different house in our community that had a roof installed by Caldwell Roofing & I inquired if they could 'transfer the warranty' from the seller of our house to us.
