I live in Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton Florida & Caldwell Roofing is the 'go to' roofing company that has installed over 150 roofs here. I am an Officer of the HOA in Woodfield and I constantly see applications from residents using their services. I recently bought a different house in our community that had a roof installed by Caldwell Roofing & I inquired if they could 'transfer the warranty' from the seller of our house to us. The response was immediate & friendly and we agree upon a fair price for the transfer. I have been in direct contact with the President of Caldwell, Jon Milanese & he has been a pleasure to deal with. Gary Diamond

I recently had the pleasure of using Caldwell Roofing's services, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From start to finish, their attention to detail was impeccable. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. My roof looks fantastic, (and we are picky!), and I highly recommend Caldwell Roofing for anyone in need of top-notch roofing services.

The entire staff at Caldwell Roofing were very professional and great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent roofing company.
