Dropped off 3 items for an agreed upon price went to pick them up. Each item was charged at $4 higher than quoted for about $12 over the agreed upon price.I'm busy and the people there weren't the people I spoke to so I paid and decided never to return. I actually came with more items to alter but decided I'd go to Fit on You next to Jamba Juice instead.Shady to say the least.Service: Alterations

I dropped off some clothes to be cleaned and when picked up the stains were still on them. I pointed out and they re cleaned them and they were fine. I feel that I should not have to inspect my items at pick up and should just be done right the 1st time. The cost of cleaning at this store is much higher then other cleaners in the area.

I go to this cleaners because of the Julieta. I love walking in and being greeted with a smile. Anytime I have a problem or request Julieta makes sure things get done and that I'm satisfied. Many places to go in Boca, I go for the customer service.
