James responded to my ticket and was very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to remedy some unique issues and get me back to work promptly. On a scale of 1 - 10, James is any easy 12!
James was prompt to respond to my support ticket. He knew exactly what the problem was before we even talked. While waiting for the update to complete we had an amazing conversation. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He even called back 30 minutes or so later with some other possible solutions. He followed up two days later to see how things were going. GOLD STARS ALL AROUND FOR JAMES!!!
Noah was very helpful in setting up my new accounts for me. Very patient, and took his time in making sure it was set up correctly. Also followed back up later in the week to make sure it was all working and didn't need further help. Great Service!
