First time at this location after Coral Springs location closed. This place is lucky to have Nicole! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about laser hair removal procedures but also looks out for the patient’s safety. She noticed the machine was not working properly while doing my procedure so she called a rep. After following instructions on how to fix it, she noticed that it still wasn’t working properly and decided reschedule my appointment instead of continuing and possibly causing irreversible damage to my skin. I have been going to the coral springs location for 1 1/2 now with very minimal progress, which I found odd. I came to the boca location and wow Ashley is AMAZING!!! Super professional, so knowledgeable and extremely sweet!! I look forward to more sessions at the Boca location!
