The doctors care, but that's about it.The front office staff is absolutely horrible. They have absolutely zero respect for patients or their time and take no responsibility for their scheduling mistakes.
Was excited to see Dr. Bromson, but never did. Arrived 8:45am for 9am appt. Did all my paperwork, was brought into exam room 9:05am, was screened, provided previous medical report & MRI CD to the screener. Was told i needed x-ray (really not necessary), and that someone would be in "shortly." 10am I hear patients in the hallway inquiring what was taking so long and heard discussions related to a "back up." 10:15 still no one had come for me, so I walked out, asked for my MRI CD and paperwork. Was told they only had 1 X-ray tech, but why couldn't i see the doctor at least or they should have at least advised patients of the delay. Found another place with a much...read full review
Dr Muñoz is excellent I recommend him.But the office service is the worst .don’t go if you want to be seeing because you have a pain and want a fast solution they won’t give you the appt. Is always a No as an answer .Michelle and Dr Muñoz are very professional but the office have a very bad service .
