I just completed my first visit with Dr, Keifer, and the entire experience was great. I completed all of my paperwork online before the appointment, so when I arrived, there was NO PAPERWORK. That may be the first time that's ever happened witn any healthcare provider I've seen. I waited only a couple of minutes to be seen, and Dr. Keifer took the time to really understand my issue, and we actually discussed it, in a very unhurried and personal way. When I checked out, the office team were also great - quick and efficient, but extremely friendly. I have found my new doctor's office!

I recommend Dr. Grider's office 100%. They helped me with an annual physical and were friendly, professional and totally helpful. I had a very short wait. The doctor and staff went out of their way to consider good ideas for testing/evaluation instead of just checking boxes. They also submitted all the paperwork correctly for my insurance company and that is not always common these days. Thank you![edited: response to my review says from the owner and says they posted a negative review. It looks like some nefarious knucklehead hacked Dr. Grider's business listing, renamed it and is posting bogus negative reviews. My positive review is solid]

The staff is polite and informative. The primary physician, Dr. Grider, is always in a good mood and eager to help. He will go the extra mile to work with his patients to get the care they need. Appointments are pretty easy to make without waiting weeks to get in.
