My backyard has never looked so good. Original owners had not insisted that the back be graded. Samuel not only corrected that, properly grading for proper mowing and drainage. In the process, he had to do some work on the irrigation system and the cable. He and Janet are very hard workers, they're neat and clean up well. Not only that, they are easy to work with and pleasant to have around. They are determined to do a good job. After the sod was laid, Samuel checked back several times, reminding me how to take care of the sod and making sure I was happy.
