Lotus Dermatology

I have had several visits with Lotus Dermatology. The staff is very friendly. Making appts is easy and flexible. They remind you by phone and text of your upcoming appt. I haven’t had any billing issues. I have heard of other doctors removing moles or other skin tags just to be able to make more money. I have never felt pressured to remove something unless it is necessary. I have recommended this practice to several friends already and will continue, too.

Very satisfied with the staff and the doctor. He was very precise and pointed out the problem right away. He’s got a lot of experience and knows what he’s doing. Will definitely recommend that office.

Had a wonderful experience as a first time patient with Lotus Dermatology. Dr Mauch listened to my concerns and I felt very comfortable in his care. Cassidy was very personable and did a wonderful job assisting Dr Mauch throughout my appointment and procedures. The front desk staff has been kind every time I’ve spoken to them on the phone and during check-in and check-out. Making an appointment was very easy and I was thankful I didn’t have to wait months to get in! I highly recommend and have told all of my friends and family about Lotus! Thank you everyone!
