I can’t say enough good things about Cole! She has been absolutely amazing helping my dad with his oxygen supplies. Every time she we talk on the phone, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently so my dad can understand what’s going on and feel comfortable with his equipment. That kind of care and attention means the world to us.

Kat Harvey, the Specialty Equipment Tech explained, demonstrated and introduced me to my equipment in a very clear and professional manner. My visit was a very positive experience. Communications with office staff was also excellent.
