Mike Taibi was Outstanding. He explained everything I needed to do to keep my AC running smoothly. Sunshine installed the AC/Heater system when the house was built and have been using them now for over 6 years. Great Service also to the staff that run the appointment system in calling me when they need to change my service date and made sure I had a date near the original schedule date. System works "cooler" now! 5 stars! *****

An absolute pleasure from start to finish. They did everything they said they would and then some. Through the whole process I dealt with everyone from service to sales to installers. They were ALL extremely knowledgeable of their trade and patiently answered any questions that we had. The salesperson Joy gave us all kinds of options that were laid out clearly in estimates so we could understand exactly what we were getting. She even did some value engineering with the duct work. Very impressed with her knowledge. On the day of install we were again met with kindness and patience by three of their installers. We felt safe having them work in our house. Larry just came to perform a service call and he is the 1st air conditioning tech to ever come to our house and not lie that we need a new unit or some other upsale! He's a breath of fresh air!!
