From the office staff to our maintenance visit with Jose, our experience has been great. Jose arrived within the timeframe given and we received a text when he was on his way to us. He performed a very thorough maintenance on our system and answered all of our questions demonstrating his knowledge of how our system functions. I recently purchased an ev. I needed to have equipment installed for a faster charge rate. Sunshine gave me a free estimate and I decided to go with them. We had a bit of a snafu with parts that didnt arrive as expected, but communication was good through the process. My installer, Owen McMillan arrived on time and completed the project promptly. I'm very pleased overall.
