“Rating 0-10 - they are 10plus… after meeting with 7 other local roofers I put a spread sheet together. To compare; Best Value, heavy on details of all areas of construction, timelines, and attention to details, making things right no matter… the cost was the least of all I reviewed, initially planned on going with another roofer, made one more call - which led to expediting starting work, completed in just over 6 hours… I noticed my ridge vents were installed like they were when the took old roof off. I asked a day after they finished work if they could extend the 3 ridges to 1 ft from end of roof. No problem. Wow - they will be the number recommendations here in The Villages Florida for me ;)“

“Wish I could give 0 stars he is a liar and treats his employees like garbage. Calling them racial slurs and other derogatory names. He doesn't pay his employees on time or what he says they are going to get paid. He is drunk who drinks all day. Also, he is a woman beater so that tells you what kind of person he really is. He also talks bad about his customers because they pay for a job and he doesn't show up on the day he is supposed to and when they call to see where he is he gets lippy with him and then talks about them when they hang up.“

“I've had nothing but great service from Jim. He installed a new roof about 15 years ago. He highly suggested the architectural shingles and I am very glad he did. Many years AFTER the warranty expired, I developed a leak. Like most roof leaks, they are very hard to locate. Mine was that type. By process of elimination, Jim was finally able to locate the leak and fix it once and for all. Much to my chagrin, he never accepted payment for the service calls or the labor to fix it. He said, "If this fixes it, then we'll talk." Who does this?! My roof STILL looks great.“

I was impressed to see the 2 workers in this horrible heat, work non stop only to stop for lunch…. Very polite, no arguments or messing around and they did a great job with the clean up!!
