“I had a pretty good experience. However, I arrived for my 1:15 pm appointment and was there until 5pm. After I was seated at the student’s station, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the Educator to come by and get us started on the color match. There was only 1 Educator to about 30 students, and everyone was having to wait on her if they had questions. It was a very long day just for a color, cut & style. The student was only 5 weeks into her training, but gave a pretty good cut.“
