After years, the seams started to come undone so I popped by to chat with Fred. I told him how important this bag was and why and he agreed to fix it up for a very reasonable price.

Fred went the extra mile and reinforced every seem in the bag and told me we were good for another 20 years!

Fred also fixed the belt loop on a pair of jeans but they don’t have sentimental value to me. Still, he did it perfectly!
