I hired Richard of A Plus Custom Paining to paint the interior of a double wide manufactured home I purchased, 1100sqft. The house was empty for this 3 or 4 day job. I was out of town and gave Richard a month to do the job. I paid $2500 for the work to which only 37% of the job was completed when I returned expecting the job to be finished and I could move into the home. Richard abandoned the job, stopped returning text messages and phone calls and vanished. the work that was done was very poor workmanship. Very little caulking prior to painting the bedrooms. Do not do business with this guy he has had our entertainment center since July 15 to paint and not returned yet, different excuses, he will not call back

Rich Richardson has just finished up painting our two story house. His work is excellent and he is detail oriented. In fact, this re paint is better than the original which was just nine years ago. ! We highly recommend his work and definitely will use his services for any future projects.
