I have been getting massages for years due to my chronic upper back & neck pain from spending too much time focusing on the computer screen. In the first 5 minutes he cracked my back in a way that it has never been cracked, thus releasing years of tension and making me far less tense/brick-like. My range of motion improved greatly from his deep-tissue massage.
