I just walked in to Pretty Nails & Spa and felt welcomed. I wanted to treat a friend from out of town for a manicure and pedicure and also get a manicure. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very friendly, clean and warm. I was sitting and soaking in my pedicure chair within minutes. Michael was exceptional. I am so happy that I found Pretty Nails & SpaI now have a wonderful salon to visit when I'm traveling away from home. Thank you Michael. I definitely recommend and will be coming back whenever I visit the Florida area!

I have to update my review. I love this place. The best powder dip mani I've ever had. A lot of care and attention to detail. I got a full set of acrylics applied by Victoria and they came out wonderfully. I had the most relaxing gel pedi by Victoria, and Patty hooked me up with some cleaned up eyebrows. Staff was friendly and efficient without rushing. Definitely will return. Consistently excellent service!

I had an amazing experience at this place. A lovely and warm salon. They were so warm, professional, and treated me like a treasured guest the moment we walked in til we left. I made an appointment with Kimberly nguyen to try gel x for the first time. I signed up for a gel manicure and she advised that if I wanted a stronger product, I should try the powder dip. I did and they looked great. I'm at a week later and my nails look fabulous. Kimberly nguyen provided world class service. I wish I could have her every time. Anyway, super glad I came here. I have found my new nail salon. Thanks!!
