Communicative,͏ knowledgeable and friendly!Carla made selling land from thousands of miles away so incredibly stress free. I live in Alaska and she respected the 4 hour time difference and was always on top of updating me on offers and the entire closing process once we found a buyer. She knows her stuff and works to make sure you, as a seller (and I’m sure as a buyer as well), get a great deal while also being realistic about the market. I was referred to her from another agent when doing research and Carla will be the only agent in Florida that I work with again if I ever find myself down south!

My family just moved here recently from Illinois. We were renting, but decided it would be better to put money into our own property instead of feeding money into a rental. We found a house we liked and called the listing agent, Carla Meeks. She showed us that house, plus spent many hours showing us other houses. She was always available and answered emails promptly. We are so excited to have closed on our new home today! We highly recommend Carla and will be sending family and friends her way!
