So SAD to hear that Dr.Felix Cotto is NO longer at Jay Care Medical in Bartow.Dr. Felix Cotto is such a great Doctor - he listens so well and is so well informed about so many new and emerging ideas for Good Health and Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle... He is positive and never afraid to try something new if it is needed for your health. I certainly give Dr.Cotto credit for the Good Health I find myself in! Wishing him Good Luck on his new journey.
