After I went to see my PCP she sent me to ER as she said it could be appendicitis. We came to Bartow Regional at the ER today 10-30-2023 at approximately 3pm with pain possible apendicitis and is is 4:26 pm and I am still waiting. How long more I need to wait until the doctor see me with this pain? If is appendicitis, the appendicitis can be rupture?

Excellent experience! Staff was just amazing! The wait was minimal, and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Not fun to have to go to the ER to begin with, but this was such a nice, friendly group of people! Nice job Bartow!

The environment of this facility is horrendous. I am filled with rage on how they attend a friend of mine. I came in with a friend who was going into cardiac arrest and our other friend. We went into the ER and we asked for help. At first it looked like no one cared they were just looking. As I was getting screened I looked over and I saw a male nurse turn to my friends and give them a look because they were scared and worried. His face was awful he looked like he was disgusted by them. As a patient and If something is wrong you're going to be worried and you of course want some help. They asked for their information first and eventually my friend was attended to. Watch how you treat people.
