Bad customer service, I had to send a paper to there email and the girl up front is rude because I put the wrong email and she said I said you need to read it with an attitude when I asked for the email again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had the nastiest experience here with a woman that I’ll attach the photos since she did not want to give me any proper names. From traffic and juggling a toddler and an infant, I arrived at the office at 8:15AM. I walked through the doors of the office at 8:20. After sitting down and waiting, I was told that my child, who suffers from extreme eczema and has a milk allergy, would not be able to be seen today. I would need to reschedule to April. I asked if there’s anyway she could still be seen today given the wait room was empty and there’s usually a wait time anyway. I was told that there were other patients being seen.... read full review
Tried to make an appointment for my daughter with no luck, called multiple times they kept me on hold so long I had to hang up they haven't called back. Can't imagine the poor service they provide if there's no communication.
