“Attending funeral services is a time for reflection; even more so when it's a close relative. My mother recently passed at age 96 and her services were held here.My dad passed sixteen years ago, and we used these fine folks. My mother was so impressed she also requested them.Prepaid- I handled it for my mom years ago and it was an extremely simple, one appointment process. It's one less thing to worry about at a trying time.Responsiveness- These folks are open 24-7! When I needed them, I called at 2am, that's right 2am and they answered on the second ring. I got the ball rolling in the middle of the night and I was very impressed!Services Planning- As it was prepaid, a great deal of the service had already been decided. They made sure every I was dotted, and every T crossed. The Service- In a word, Perfection! There were three employees standing by the entire time to answer every question and act on any last-minute requests. Several attendees commented on how well it was executed.Although it so easy to procrastinate, as we grow older, taking care of these issues in advance makes it much easier on your loved ones! These fine folks have my highest recommendation!“
