It saddens me to write this review! I've been here all too often during the last year. I live in a tiny town known as a retirement mecca and with a high average age. As you might expect, the pandemic has ravaged the town! Many of these unfortunate folks have been my friends and acquaintances and have had their services here. Atmosphere- This is a tiny place next door to a large cemetery. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Sometimes, parking can be a huge challenge! Once you get inside the rooms are beautifully decorated in an understated way. Everything is spotless. Customer Service- Everyone that has touched me has been sensitive to the emotional trauma that visiting here entails. I fervently wish that I would never need to visit here again but sadly, I know that is wishful thinking. Their ability to deal with an emotional and difficult situation is exceptional!
