I haven't been here in years, to the point that they have since moved. Ana picked up and immediately fit me in but this was midday on a Wednesday. I'd suggest making an appointment closer to and on weekends. This 'new' location is in a quaint little plaza and close enough to a bunch of trendy restaurants. I was greeted on entrance and immediately noticed the wonderful Orchids all over the store (for sale too). The shop itself isn't fancy and could definitely use some updating but staff are friendly, bowls are lined, equipment sterilized and they do a good job. Such a magical experience!!!They literally go above and beyond to make very certain you are completely satisfied. They will fix any mishaps with enthusiasm and even do it over if you let them. I get really upset at myself when I go elsewhere out of convenience. I have been happily going to Van's for over 4 years now.Cleanliness: Super refreshing and pretty orchids all over.

I've been coming here for the past year. Lilly does an incredible job everytime! Not only that, but she's very warm and attentive. The entire staff is genuinely so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!
