At the beginning of this year, we got a new house which is an Airbnb. The accountant suggested havingit as an LLC. We realized that the other rental house we have also needed an LLC. MJ assisted me with drafting contracts with an architect. I am in the process of trying to build a home, and this is my first time trying to do this. And so I needed a specialist to ensure that I was covered and also that the contractor was covered, or in this case, the architect was covered both financially and legally, so that if there were any issues, we would be able to exit the relationship amicably.Before I employed MJ, my situation was a mess because I was not sure what the contract should entail. While we were in Rome , MJ and her staff at Simply Legal closed on our condominium at Acqualina in Sunny Isles. They handled everything from attending the inspection to signing the closing documents. They were very professional and responsive to my questions. I am extremely pleased with Simple Legal, very happy they managed the close without me, and would recommend them highly.
