I love this company! The pink roses I ordered were amazing, and after looking at their website, I saw that they also carry David Austin roses at a very reasonable price. Their customer service team was first rate in helping me resolve a minor issue, that was my fault, not theirs. SO impressed with this florist! ??

I originally ordered from here through a promotion with T-mobile. I requested my order and had it sent to my aunt in OR. But unfortunately the flowers never arrived. I contacted the flower company and explained the situation. They looked into it. And later on I found out the address that was given to me was some what wrong. And that is why they never got delivered. I explained my situation with them. But unfortunately their policy doesn't give refunds if it was an error on the senders part. I accepted that.
