I wish I had met Rénee and her team years ago when I started pilates. For the first time I am learning proper technique and positions from people who are not just experts but people who truly care about their client’s health and wellbeing. Classes are excellent and focused on your health today and tomorrow. I highly recommend.
Had a great experience. Came twice in a row even though I had little experience with Pilates. Had two different teachers, both were great and took the time to work with me personally by giving me advice and correcting my posture. To work on stretching, the beginner’s class is great but if you want to feel your muscles burn, I would recommend the intermediate’s class. I strongly recommend this studio
My very first Pilates experience was both educational and exhilarating. Renee explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the workout. I will definitely be back.
