“I can't say enough wonderful things about Desi! She recently groomed my dog, Preciosa, and did an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve had my dog groomed at other places before, but I’ve never been 100% satisfied until now. Desi not only did an impeccable job on Preciosa’s cut, but she also went above and beyond to accommodate me when I had to come from another city. She adjusted her schedule to fit my timing and even arranged for her neighbor to stay with my dog when she had to step out, as I was running late to pick up Preciosa, due to a doctor's appointment. “Even though Michelle was highly recommended by Gracie's entire vet staff at Southport Animal Hospital, I was still soooo nervous about taking her to get groomed. I got Gracie about 5 months ago, just 2 weeks prior her 8th birthday...her previous owners fell ill and had to go into hospice, but fortunately her previous family sent her along with her vet records and backstory. From what I was told and what I read, her previous grooming sessions did not go well. I wanted to cancel today's appointment (out of fear) so many times, but I read the reviews and the ones that I read are what reassured me to keep the appointment. I'm so thankful for Michelle and her staff! Beyond words, so thankful. Michelle won Gracie over and Gracie is still smiling ear to ear from having such a beautiful day! Michelle was beyond reassuring and her integrity speaks volumes! She did not force certain things on Gracie because her priority was winning Gracie's trust and making sure that she wasn't too stressed. She didn't try to rush the situation and took her time. Michelle's true heart is with the animal she is working on. I'm so moved by today's experience! “Mila did an excellent job with my 15-year-old Maltipoo. I'm always nervous when she has a new groomer because senior dogs require extra patience and care. However, once I met Mila, I felt at ease entrusting her with my baby. After the grooming, MiMi looked and smelled great, but most importantly, she wasn't nervous or acting any differently than her usual self.Mila listened to my requests & made sure everything was clear prior to the grooming. I truly appreciate her taking us as a last-minute appointment - after not being able to reach my usual groomer for several weeks. Well, I now have a new, reliable groomer in Mila, and I'm grateful to have found her. ? “I did a lot of research before choosing a new groomer for our pup, Ruby, and based on reviews I decided to check them out. I sent over her vax history so drop off was easy. I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward.“

“Dr. Goldstein, his team of veterinarians and staff are excellent. I first went to Biscayne Animal Hospital when my German Shepard puppy was hit by a car and Dr. Goldstein repaired/casted her leg. He worked with us to deliver her the best care. Now, seven years later, she is an active, healthy dog. I highly recommend.“

“Took my boy Moose there for a bath and hair cut, and as Moose is a Bouvier, he is big and hairy, and this particular day he was favoring his right leg which made it hard to get him to stand up which he doesn't like to do anyway. His favorite position is laying down, next least favorite is sitting and worst standing up. But the owner did as good of a job as she could under the circumstances. Price was a little higher than I'm used to but this place has overhead where my usual groomer works from her home. She can afford to charge less. All in all,a good experience for all involved. Will go back!!“
