I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward.“

“I can’t express how amazing the facility and staff are at DOG Hotels Miami Shores! My fiancé and I have a 9-month old puppy, Moose, and as much as he’s the love of our lives, we swore that nothing/no one in the world be able to tucker him out… he’s constantly going a million miles an hour! It's unfortunate that there are not many of these Drs around anymore. These days for both for humans and pets. Most have you rushed in & out, just in it as a business & for the $$$. After a couple of not so good trial & error attempts with others in my area, after my previous vet sold his business. Knowing Dr Greenfield from the past. I decided to take the 45 minute drive & so grateful we did, it was so worth it. The office is clean & organized. The staff is pleasant, friendly, & they really care about the pet. I've been taking my dog to Doctor Osti for 11years without a problem. Some people don't realize that when surgery is scheduled that surgery has to be completely sterile. You can't be running around talking to people and maintain that environment. Office appointments and surgery are two different things!“
