I hired Paradise City to remodel my condo at Oceania 5. The owner, Dmitry, went beyond the scope of normal contracting work and was instrumental to the design process. He sometimes understood what I wanted better than I did.The condo is my second home, and I wasn’t in Miami for most of the time he was working. I basically just paid him and left. Dmitry communicated with me on a regular basis, providing detailed updates and sending me pictures. We had planned to renovate our condo in Sunny Isles for a while. But we were overwhelmed about how to start it.
